Comms AI — RFP Intake & Archive
Classifies every inbound tender email, extracts the requirements, spawns the Drive folder structure, archives the whole thread with an AI summary and keeps the tracker current — with no one touching it.
I'm Mohammad Primuswala — CIO at Alsayegh Worldwide. I lead enterprise IT, operations, and AI transformation across 8 offices in 7 countries. In 2026 alone my team shipped 19 production systems — HR, communications, proposals, copy, sales, events and government client platforms.
Build less, ship more. Make the boring parts disappear. Give leadership the picture before they ask for it.
I run technology and operations for Alsayegh Worldwide — INFYA, InfyaSpaces, 100Architects, INVALOTTI, A10TION, A.LIVE, Alsayegh Events and Infya Events. My job is to make every brand faster, smarter, and more measurable than it was last quarter — usually by deploying agents that handle work humans never enjoyed doing in the first place. The same team also builds outward: registration platforms, live broadcast and bilingual campaign systems delivered for government and enterprise clients.
A production multi-agent stack — Claude + GPT + Whisper + n8n + Supabase + MCP — running across HR, communications, proposals, copywriting, sales, events and executive reporting.
Everything below is in production and in daily use — eleven internal platforms built for the group, and eight deliveries built for clients including government, defence and retail.
Classifies every inbound tender email, extracts the requirements, spawns the Drive folder structure, archives the whole thread with an AI summary and keeps the tracker current — with no one touching it.
The operational view the team opens every morning: submissions, deadlines, bond status, owner assignment and follow-up archive across all 8 brands, on a unified client register with automated Drive archiving.
Replaced the weekly executive-reporting cycle with live operational and KPI visibility — a real picture on demand instead of a slide that was stale before the meeting started.
Document intake with vision-model extraction, leave and UAE airfare-entitlement workflows, end-of-service, letter requests, freelancer contracting, MOHRE labour-card and visa-expiry alerting — with admin and employee portals and a conversational assistant on both sides.
The employee platform layered on top of HR: announcements with reactions and comments, polls and AMAs, an idea engine, recognition, a daily AI briefing, retrieval-based Q&A and live presence.
Real-time visibility of every copy task for the team head: intake straight from the mailbox, alias-tolerant writer matching, review triage, per-user dashboard preferences and CS-facing views.
Audio and video transcription plus English ↔ Arabic translation (MSA and Khaleeji) for the copy team — in-browser trim, bulk upload, async jobs for long files, per-user cost logging and a hard daily spend cap.
A scoring and version-tracking system of record for every group proposal. The evaluator reads each attached document in full and produces filterable management reports and a version journey per bid.
The coordinator sends meeting notifications over WhatsApp from her own number — no Meta Business API, no per-message billing, no third-party dependency in the chain.
Lead qualification and pipeline ownership for the design brand, with claim-locking so every opportunity stays attributable to exactly one owner.
Org-wide daily AI spend reporting with auto-discovery of new projects, per-user attribution and hard caps — so finance sees exactly what each team and system costs to run.
Public registration with per-entity seat caps and race-safe allocation, QR confirmation emails, iPad door-scanning check-in, an operations console for the team and a live reporting dashboard handed to the client.
A private point-to-point broadcast of a shipyard steel-cutting ceremony into the Dubai office — control room, holding slate and screen client all reduced to a single “go live” button an on-site host could press without a crew.
A bilingual survey on the client’s own domain where the admin never refreshes: every submission arrives over a Postgres change feed, prepends to the table, re-aggregates the stats instantly and pulses a toast. Hardened with RLS, CHECK-constrained enums and a honeypot trigger. survey.sneakerconarabia.com
The full awards communication cycle built as one coherent HTML email system — nominee, jury, evaluator and business tracks, from pre-application outreach through onboarding reminders to post-session recap.
A bilingual live-text emailer campaign for mall tenants — per-recipient business tagging, an approval-first test flow and delivery hardened against the quirks that break email in the Gmail app.
A portal that lets the client’s communications lead compose and distribute a press release to their own media list, sending through Brevo via an n8n bridge — no agency in the loop for routine sends.
Arabic and English signature templates delivered as editable Word documents that staff install themselves — images embed on paste, nothing is fetched from a server, and the layout survives Outlook on both platforms.
A client-approved design rebuilt as production HTML email, matched to the approved artwork rather than reinterpreted — and QA'd against the rendering quirks that break layouts in the Gmail app and on Windows scaling.
From building line-of-business systems in Visual Basic to architecting multi-agent stacks across 8 offices — same instinct, bigger surface.
Where applicable. The right answer is usually less software, not more — but when it earns its place, it earns its place.
The Alsayegh Worldwide group — and the surface area I steward.
Advisory, AI transformation projects, speaking, or just a good conversation about where this is all heading.
Headquartered at Alsayegh Worldwide in Dubai, UAE — but the work spans Riyadh, Shanghai, Paris, London and (soon) Morocco. Time zones are a feature, not a bug.
